I had a decent experience at Hostal Rio Dorado, where I stayed after my original booking didn't work out. The rooms were lovely and offered hot water, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. However, noise levels were quite high due to the nearby soccer field and dining room above my own room, which could be disruptive, especially late at night.
